We do our best to ship all in-stock orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days.  However, please allow one full business week for us to prepare your order.  Shipping times shown are estimates and do not include the one business week that your order may be in our warehouse.

Backordered Merchandise

We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times.  You will receive an email if an item you ordered is out of stock.

International and USA Customs

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government.  We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.  For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Return and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our attention to quality and excellent service.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange.  Simply send items via a prepaid insured method and enclose a copy of your invoice to:

Exchanges must be sent within 7 days of the date of receipt.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If items are received in damaged condition due to shipping, please email us at info@celticmistshop.com within 3 business days of receiving the item.  You will receive instructions for receiving a replacement for that item. 

Payment options

All payments are to be made in Canadian Funds.  Celtic Mist accepts payment by:

• COD:  Please add $6.90
  
• Cheque and Money orders:  Please make cheque out to Celtic Mist.   Your purchase will be sent upon receipt and clearance of cheque.
  
• Visa and MasterCard:  The amount you will be charged for you purchase is specified in Canadian dollar amounts, converted to your countrys’ currency at the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time it approves your credit card purchase request.
  
• Paypal
